Tale
A world of even deeper intrigue and subterfuge ensues, with characters fighting their own battles while grappling with existential threats to the nation and the world
From X-Men: First Class and "The Acolyte" to The Cotton Club, see the TV and film roles of “The Agency”; with Michael Fassbender, Jodie Turner-Smith, Richard Gere and more.
Fassbender and Waterson worked together for the third time
They both starred in the films Steve Jobs, Alien: Covenant and The Agency Remake of the film Le Bureau des légendes (2015).
Fassbender is excellent once again and unlike most spy dramas, he’s actually quite believable
I don’t understand all the negativity in the reviews, yes, the pacing isn’t Bourne territory but it’s suspenseful, wonderfully acted and holds your attention.
I haven’t seen the French original yet, so it would be a shame not to compare, any negative comparisons could hinder enjoyment
Maybe the pacing issues are from binge-watching culture, it’s probably slow if you want to watch multiple episodes at once, but honestly I don’t see any problem.
