The complex and damaged characters, the twisted plot, and Dexter’s foster father taking care of him, training him to become the perfect avenger, it’s all so intoxicating! Not only is this show well acted, and every main character has my full attention, but it’s written with such deep intensity that I find it completely irresistible! I can’t wait to see more of how Dex was traumatized as a child, more of Harry’s lessons, more of his growing relationship with Rita, more of the ice truck killer, more of the forensics…
